Where Drivers Come First

Bonuses & Incentives

  • $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days

  • $2,000 safety bonus every 6 months (eligible after 90 days, paid in Jan. and July, prorated)

  • Referral Program: Refer a driver to Stacked Logistics and earn a $500 bonus once they’ve been employed for 90 days. To qualify, the new hire must list the referring Stacked driver on their application.

Benefits Package

  • 100% paid health, dental, vision, and life insurance for drivers (family coverage available at an additional cost)

  • Paid vacation:

    • 1 year = 1 week

    • 3 years = 2 weeks

    • 10 years = 3 weeks

  • Birthday pay after 1 year (500 miles at driver rate)

  • Holiday pay (500 miles at rate, eligibility after 90 days)

Flatbed Pay

  • Starting at $0.65 per mile

  • $0.70 per mile after 6 months; $0.75 per mile after 1 year

  • *Minimum of 2,200 miles per week required to qualify

  • $50 tarp pay; $20 per additional drop after the first

Tanker Pay

  • Starting at $0.60 per mile

  • $0.65 per mile after 6 months (based on experience)

  • $40 pump-off pay

Equipment & Support

  • Late-model Peterbilt trucks equipped with XM Sirius Radio

  • Company-provided uniforms (required)

  • Weekly truck washes at our facility or approved over-the-road cleaning (Blue Beacon)

  • Rider policy: Rider must be 21+ with valid driver’s license

Minimum Driver Requirements

  • Must meet all Federal Motor Carrier guidelines

  • Valid CDL with proper endorsements

  • No serious or disqualifying violations in the past 3 years

  • Minimum of 2 years tractor-trailer experience

  • Must be at least 25 years old
